Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment is required at time of booking.

I understand that sometimes life happens and you need to cancel. If you have booked an Individual Session, please cancel no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Otherwise, the session will be non-refundable. If you have booked a package, please cancel no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session to re-schedule. Otherwise, a late cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.

Confidentiality Promise

I take confidentiality and privacy very seriously. Any information that you share with me during our session(s) will remain strictly confidential.

Insurance Coverage

CJ Family & Parent Coaching sessions are not covered by insurance at this time.
